Description & Qualifications
As Sales Manager at Bailey Banks & Biddle you will assist in leading, developing and supporting all sales of a store to execute business objectives. You will demonstrate a passion for extraordinary client experience while exhibiting the highest level of integrity in each facet of the business.

Key Accountabilities:
Leadership

  • Achieve assigned selling goal;
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives;
  • Demonstrates sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided;
  • Aggressively develop and coach others to new levels of performance while being committed to developing your sales and leadership skills.

People Management

  • Play significant role in developing, coaching, mentoring, empowering and providing ongoing performance feedback;
  • Deploy training and ensure compliance with all brand and home office training initiatives.

Client Management

  • Enable an extraordinary client experience by supporting direction and tone for brand customer service and standards;
  • Ensure the development, implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives;
  • Capture meaningful client data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.

Operations

  • Assist Store Manager in collaborating with home office departments (i.e. Operations, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, etc.) while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures;
  • Drive top line growth for store;
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by home office;
  • Maintain full organization of company assets per the back of house and front of house guidelines provided by home office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in luxury retail;
  • Prefer candidates who have experience as a Sales Manager or top sales performance;
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, or 10 years' experience;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with flexibility, adaptability and grace;
  • Proven ability to drive exceptional client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills using positive leadership models.
